apt-get clean
我們透過 apt-get 安裝的任何軟體都會先下載到 『 /var/cache/apt/archives/ 』及 『 /var/cache/apt/archive/partial/ 』 目錄底下，一般預設 apt-get 在安裝完軟體後是不會把上述位置底下的 『 .deb 』 殺除，一段時間後您如果覺得系統空間不足，您可以下 『 apt-get clean 』讓系統自動清理這個目錄。

apt-get autoclean
類似 『 apt-get clean 』，下此參數時 apt-get 在安裝完畢後會自動刪除該軟體的 『 .deb 』 檔。

清除：當使用 apt-get install 指令安裝套件，下載下來的 rpm 會放置於 /var/cache/apt/archives，使用 apt-get clean 指令可以將之清除，避免佔用硬碟空間

利用 im-switch 設定輸入法

目前的 im-switch 已經能以簡單指令使載入輸入法，重新啟動後即生效〈僅個人設定，非全域〉。如果用了 im-switch 設定後，即不需要 .xsession 了，因為如果有自己的 .xinitrc 或 .xsession，系統不會自動執行 im-switch。

注意，若 "語文支援(Language Support)" 已選取 "中文" ，便不需設定了喔。

im-switch 指令如下：

• scim

im-switch -s scim

• gcin

im-switch -s gcin

在VirtualBox主控台的"檔案"->"偏好設定"->"輸入"，取消「自動捕捉鍵盤」設定。

KSig
graphical tool for managing multiple email signatures

kalarm - Personal alarm message, command and email scheduler for KDE

若要一開機馬上執行，可以加入到這邊.....
系統-->偏好設定-->作業階段-->初始啟動程式-->新增

kalarm設定上面有『登入時自動啟動』的選項，但是我測試過，好像不行，可能是
我設定錯誤吧！還沒時間測試~

畫面擷取

1.直接按下 Print Screen 鍵，即可將整個螢幕的畫面全部存成一個檔案。
2.如果按下 Alt+Print Screen 兩個鍵，可將滑鼠指標所指的視窗截取成一個檔案，自動將背景去除，很方便的。

在ubuntu上面，使用Terminal console(serial port terminal)
# sudo apt-get -y install minicom
# sudo -i (轉變成為root，語系是en的，畫面就不會有亂碼)
# minicom
設定方式為：先按下『Ctrl+A』，接著再單獨按一下『Z』

另外一種方式，可以安裝：gtkterm

它會單獨開出一個視窗，畫面很正常，但是沒有其他功能，不能用貼上文字的方式。

[TFTP server in Ubuntu(Linux)]
有時候需要使用TFTP Server將config檔案或是IOS載入到Device裡面；
這時候，就會需要TFTP Server(tftpd)了。
tftpd = Trivial file transfer protocol server
# sudo apt-get -y install tftpd
# sudo cp -rf /etc/inetd.conf /etc/inetd.conf.XXXXXXXX
# sudo vi /etc/inetd.conf (細節可以參考 man inetd.conf)
tftp dgram udp wait nobody /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/in.tftpd /srv/tftp
最後面那個『/srv/tftp』是 tftp 目錄位置，可以自行變更。
Allow Device Download Data，請將資料放入/srv/tftp目錄裡面即可；
Allow Device Upload Data，請將/srv/tftp的目錄權限變更為『nobody:nogroup』即可。
# sudo chown -R nobody:nogroup /srv/tftp/
一切都就緒之後，就可以下達：
# sudo /etc/init.d/openbsd-inetd start
或是
# gksudo /etc/init.d/openbsd-inetd start
Usage: /etc/init.d/openbsd-inetd {start|stop|reload|force-reload|restart}
# netstat -an | grep '69' (check status)
